Local Pittsburgh music standards for over two decades from the late 80's through the early 2000's, The Distractions were well known for their original content and varied catalog of suprising covers

Now, the classic lineup has reformed as a new project. Seeing themselves as "Ex-Distractions" the band put the same creative spin on their name as they did with their music. This time, they're The Extractions!

Join them as they share a collection of music from the 60's through the 2000's - all of which they feel helped form their appreciation for music, performing, and lifetime friendships.

The Extrations are:
